Returns & Exchanges

1. Fredun Mobility products once purchased will not be refunded or replaced with another product

2. Replacement of the Fredun Mobility product will only happen in the following circumstances –

a. In-case of product defect.

b. In-case of exchange of size

3. Replacement procedure (in-case of product defect) will be as follows –

a. In-case of product defect, dedicated personnel at Fredun Mobility should be informed within the first 3 days from the receipt of the product. Communication of the issue/ problem with the purchased product should be done over email fredunmobility@gmail.com.

Post communication over e-mail, our dedicated personnel would highlight the address where the product should be returned. The defective product should be couriered at the mentioned address along with product packaging and original invoice. Please ensure that original product packaging is maintained. Shipping charges to return the product is at the expense of the buyer. Once the product is received it would take 14 – 20 days for the required checks post which subject to manufacturing defect at Company’s end would the material be replaced

4. Replacement procedure (in-case of exchange of size) will be as follows –

a. In-case of size exchange, dedicated personnel at Fredun Mobility should be informed within the first 7 days from the receipt of the product. Communication of the issue/ problem with the purchased size should be done over email at fredunmobility@gmail.com.  Communication should include the following supporting’s:

i. Original Bill

ii. Original Product Packaging

iii. Product Image.

As the issue is around size exchange, it is essential that the product is maintained in its originality along with product packaging and invoiced. Upon fulfilment of the required checks, the product would be exchanged in the required size, as requested
